WP1 Project Management
An efficient coordination, monitoring and evaluation system will be created to ensure an efficient project management, a continuous monitoring of the project's progress and a fulfillment in time of the PRIMA requirements. Therefore, WP1 will safeguard optimal administrative, financial, contractual as well as scientific consortium management and set the basis for the adequate exploitation of synergies and complementarities among all the partners. The aim of WP1 is to implement and maintain an efficient management structure for this project, in order to control the progress of each WP. Further tasks include coordination of the different project activities to ensure a smooth workflow and to assess the overall progress and the results of each WP. Thus, the project workflow in general will be facilitated and the interaction between the different project management bodies will be supported.
